Ying joined Isler CPA in January of 2004 after working as a senior accountant in both a local and national CPA firm. 

Ying focuses on audits of municipalities, tribal governments, nonprofit organizations, employee benefit plans.  She performs audits conducted in accordance with GAO Government Auditing Standards, OMB Super Circular and Oregon Local Budget Law. 

Ying has taken many CPE courses related to governmental accounting and auditing with at least 12 hours each year related specifically to governmental and nonprofit accounting and auditing.  Her recent continuing education includes Governmental Accounting & Auditing Conference sponsored by Oregon Society of Certified Public Accountants, Accounting Issues by McGladrey, and Accounting and Auditing Updates by AICPA Audit Quality Center.
