Gatlin joined Isler CPA in July 2015, after spending two years auditing municipal entities in California. Prior to joining Isler CPA, he gained experience in financial audits and single audits as he worked on several large California counties and cities, as well as many special districts of all sizes. He also frequently attends continuing education related to auditing, with at least 12 hours each year related specifically to not-for-profit and governmental accounting.

Gatlin lives in Springfield with his wife and two daughters and is a native of California’s North Coast, where he graduated from Del Norte County High School. Outside the office, Gatlin can be found exploring the local hiking trails, volunteering with youth, and participating in church activities.

Education and Credentials

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accountancy) from Sacramento State University.
• Fluent in Brazilian Portuguese.
